Another day with the Snowman

Well I have had a busy day making up some Snowman frame cards. Once the cards were made up I wasn't sure how to finish them and just felt they were lacking something.....the answer...I put some snow white flower soft inside and then put some acetate on the front and covered the tape lines with some silver peel offs. I then mounted them onto silver mirror card and then made them up into easel cards and am quite happy with the results but will have to figure out how and where to put an insert and also what envelope to use. Think I will end up making some boxes for them. I hope you like them;

I have evicted poor Humphrey to a distant corner of the room and the Snowman has moved in and taken residence on my desk. Here are just a few makes from today;

Cold rainy day

Well I have a day filled with crafting with little Humphrey. He has completely taken over the conservatory!! I have made up some cards with matching gift boxes or gift bags with tags using the lovely Christmas Humphrey Die cut decoupage from crafters companion. Think that is all the christmas set about finished just the inserts to do and then moving on to the snowman...cant believe I have a craft fair in 4 weeks time..so much to do and such little time so I had better crack on.

Autumn

Well it looks as if autumn has arrived here in mid Wales. High winds and leaves and branches falling so what could be better than some crafting. In preparation for an up coming craft fair I have been busy making some Beatrix Potter calendars and theses are the results;

This month I have been chosen by Crafters Companion to be there member of the month!!! I was very chuffed at been asked as there are so many talented people out there! So been as it was October I thought i should live up to my new status..lol.

I had a very busy day getting ready some items to sell at a christmas fair at the beginning of November and here are some of the creations...
