Getting ready for 2015

Lynda Chapman from Creative Crafting World will be releasing the latest DVD called Snow and Ice which includes the stunning art work from Pollyanna Pickering. She will be on Create and craft on Monday at 9.00am ,1.pm and 7pm along with Pollyanna so be sure to tune in to see this stunning DVD.

After making my card samples I found that I had lots of toppers left over so to put them to good use I made a flip calendar ready for 2015.

Each page has a different topper with coordinating backing papers from the CD.

On the back of each page I made a place for all those import notes and Birthdays

Its great to be back after my 4 month break from crafting. I had surgery which for some reason took away my crafting mojo but iam glad to say it has now returned!!

For this first card I have used one of the fancy craft cards from Creative Crafting world.

 This gift bag has been decorated with one of the toppers and using a Diesire Lace Doily die i cut out some purple card to put at the back and behind the sentiment.

Something different....

Well yesterday I thought i would do something a bit different.

The first 2 cards are made using pre coloured toppers......sorry I cant remember where I got them from..lol. The backing papers are from the Docrafts spots and stripes range.

I then decided I would have  a play with white on white but had to slip some black in there....

I love Sue Wilsons work and who should pop onto my tV screen whilst I was making these cards but Sue Wilson on Create and Craft.

I am happy with the results and enjoyed been able to have a play for a change!
